It seems silly and overly simple to just remember to inhale and exhale, but panic begins when breathing stops. Houses are huge decisions, and it’s in these moments where we activate our sympathetic nervous system–where fight or flight sets in. Simply taking a moment to catch our breath can do a lot to help calm the rest of our body, allowing us to make a more informed decision.

Big decisions are always easier when we have a guide to reference, ask complex questions, and navigate us through probably the largest purchase of our lives.

John Fontaine

John Fontaine joins our team as a buyer’s agent to help our clients find their dream home. Before his real estate career, John was a deputy sheriff, and before that, he was in the army in Afghanistan conducting combat operations. John loves the outdoors and coffee! He spends his free time hiking, fly fishing, hunting, camping, playing hockey, skiing, and exploring this beautiful world with his wife and two dogs. John also co-owns and operates a premier archery pro shop in CDA called North Idaho Archery.

Jacque Pinchuk

Jacque Pinchuk has an editorial and therapeutic background joins us as our Team Lead to help with marketing, events, and business development. She lives in Rathdrum with her four kids, small dog, and giant husband. When she isn’t working or spending time with friends and family, she can be found devouring yet another romance novel.

Leah Brown

Leah Brown joins our team as our transaction coordinator. She was born and raised in Northern California and spent all of grade school and into college wrestling. As an accounting major at the University of the Cumberlands, Leah is ready to put her skills to good use and help us manage all of our transactions.
