- Come enjoy fresh bread, handmade crafts, and local food vendors serving snacks, meals, and delectable desserts. These farmers’ markets have a little something for everyone—one of the absolute highlights of our beautiful North Idaho summers.
June Events
Family Day at the Park
June 7th, 12p – 6ish. CDA City Park, 415 Fort Grounds Dr., CDA. Bring the whole family down for an afternoon of fun. There will be activities for the kids, food vendors, live entertainment, and more! Slated for the last day of school each June, Sponsored by the North Idaho Family Group, a non profit organization whose mission is “Healthy Families and Life-Long Learning” and their goal is to provide outreach and awareness of all they do with their participating partners. The day will include Non profit outreach/activity booths, a food court, North Idaho Family Marketplace, Main stage entertainment, Heritage and Cultural Center Activities, Community and civic organization displays and a kids carnival!
June 14th 6p – 9p. June 15th 8a – 4p. Downtown. Cost: Free for spectators! The largest classic car cruise in North Idaho! Watch them drive by on Friday and get a chance to look under the hoods on Saturday. Car d’Alene always marks the start of the summer season with the largest classic car cruise in North Idaho on Friday night and then get up close to take a look under the hoods on Saturday. This event is great for the whole family, Saturday’s event is all day including a poker walk, People’s choice awards, Young Builders Alley, and more!
May 17th-May 19th. Admission is FREE for the whole family. This jam-packed weekend begins with the Show & Shine on Main St Friday night where you can meet all the drivers and their race boats up close.
